Condensation Between the Panes
Condensation is usually more of a ventilation than a window problem. In fact, it could even indicate good energy efficiency because weathertight units don’t allow moist, indoor air to escape freely. But it’s a different story when your double-pane, residential windows fog up in between the panes of glass. The presence of moisture inside the units points to seal failure, allowing the hot air to penetrate the empty space inside the glass.
